Mixed breed, 7 years old
Polly is a very timid dog living with a learned behavioral fear. Her rehabilitation is currently in progress.
Polly's owner contacted us about a life-threatening fear behavior that had been present since puppyhood. Walks were more like rushed potty runs around the house, and she panicked at every urban sound.
Walking on a leash was also difficult, and she showed life-threatening fear signs even in her familiar environment.
Outcome: After a few sessions, based on observations from Polly's owner and our specialist, Polly is showing an improving trend, but there is still a long road ahead to full recovery.
