About Us
Our system has been running since 2024, initially housing the animals of the Greyhound Breed Rescue, but over time the system — which started as a passion project — has grown, and we now securely manage the data of animals from 3 shelters, along with adopter and shelter data.

ChiPet Menhely is a shelter management system that helps keep track of a given shelter's animals, so that alongside the many animals, you no longer have to struggle with paperwork and documentation!
How does it work?
The system is simple to use and meets modern standards, making it comfortable for all age groups. All animal data can be recorded, from arrival at the shelter to adoption and beyond!
If anyone gets confused with the system, our team strives to solve the problem as quickly as possible, so you can focus solely on the animals and adopters.

Every animal in one list with chip number, blood type and heartworm status. Active, deceased and archived animals can be filtered separately.

Each animal has a complete profile: identifier, chip number, breed, colour, and the date and circumstances of intake.
04Overdue event alerts
The system flags a vaccination or treatment as soon as it falls due, so no deadline slips through.
